If you are not already a paid CFBRAA member I want to encourage you to become one.
Our association is doing good things and helping out many with special needs and scholarships.
We aren't doing as much as we would like to do and not as much as one would expect, especially if you or someone you are close to are in need of financial help.
We are limited by the funds we have available, so what we can do is modest compared to the needs.

Here is what we were able to accomplish this year with less than 300 paid members:
1. Helped 15 families in crisis situations, providing medical help, housing, utilities, clothing, etc. You provided nearly $11K in crisis support to families.
2. Helped 9 alumni families send their children to college, providing $6K in scholarship assistance.
3. Helped scores of new alumni with transportation, providing $4K for vehicle maintenance and fuel for the Alumni Support Center.
4. Provided $500 to the residents of the Alumni Support Center to help with Christmas presents for their families.
5. Provided $500 to the homes at BR as awards for the Christmas Contest winners.

LOOKING FOR FRANK OR JIMMY DODD AND MIKE FLANAGAN

Postby pmoses » Mon Apr 02, 2007 4:51 pm

Thought I would put these three names out one more time. Frank and I were at BR 57-60. Just like brothers, took him home for Christmas twice. Jimmy was his younger brother, probably left the ranch about '63-65. Mike Flanagan was a hustler, my partner is smuggling cigarettes back to the ranch. He once sold 13 Pall Mall's for a dollar, lot of money in those days. Anyone with any leads would be appreciated. Last heaqrd from Frank Dodd after he joined the army, was stationed with a signal outfit in Miss.

Paul,
I need some help,
What was Frank Dodd's full name?
was Jimmy Dodd's name James and do you know his full name.

I have contacted 67 Jimmie Dodd(s) I have received answers from almost all of them with out good results.

If you can think of anything else that might help let me know. If you want you can get in touch with me through emails.

When I started with my e cig I was at 24mg of nicotine. I was shaking and got side effects I didn't care for so I stepped it down to 18. Easy switch. Felt much better. Since then I bought another bottle of 15mg juice and the transition was again, easy.

Must be a poser this Nigel Middleton!

I knew everyone that Paul Moses named. Lived with them in Maynard dorm. Paul has since passed on and we never did get any info on those he was asking about. Jimmy left earlier than Paul thought, maybe graduating in '62? Flanagan probably left in '60. Just thought I'd say a little something.

I didn't realize it was that late. How about Jerry Lambright? It seems he was a senior when I came to the ranch in '59. That would have him graduating in '60. I was twelve, almost thirteen when I got there. I had not had my growth spurt yet and was kinda small.I met Jerry and thought he was about my age. He told me, "you cannot judge a book by it's cover."
